How much filler will I need?

This is one of the most common questions we get during a consultation for dermal filler. Most syringes come in a 1 mL volume. The amount of dermal filler needed is based on age, genetics, facial structures, the specific outcome you are looking for, and volume loss. Also, fillers can be built in layers to achieve results gradually; it is not necessary to it all at once. Typically we administer one to two syringes per visit, and achieving our clients’ desired results typically takes one to two syringes for cheeks, one for lips, and one for jaw line corrections.

How much are lip fillers?

The cost of lip filler treatments will depend on the amount of filler you need. Most syringes come in a 1 mL volume, and the price per syringe is approximately $600. Typically it takes one syringe to achieve fuller lips. During your consultation, we’ll discuss the results you want to attain, and we’ll develop an individualized plan to achieve your goals. Restylane and Juvederm are dermal fillers. They are both made of a hyaluronic acid gel which helps support facial structure loss as we get older. Fillers are also known to help stimulate collagen which we start depleting in our early 30s. Restylane is made by Galderma and Juvederm is made by Allergan. Botox is a neurotoxin. It causes wrinkles to relax and soften by blocking signals from the nerves to the muscles. The injected muscle can no longer contract. It is most often used on forehead lines, crow's feet (lines around the eye) and frown lines. Although these treatments work differently, both can be used to address wrinkles.
